    Mid Day Reset for Better Sleep

    Wednesdays, 12 - 1pm - Nov 12 - Dec. 3

    A mix of Activation, Release and Rest. Explore this melding of somatic movement and mindfulness practices with a sprinkling of methods from the Sounder Sleep System™. When your brain has a chance to shift from "vigilance" mode to a calmer state during the day, it is practice for your brain and body to make this shift when you are wanting to fall asleep.

    52 bones, over 200,000 nerve endings, 66 joints, more than 200 muscles, tendons & ligaments….that’s what is in both of your feet!!! Whether your feet feel great or they present a challenge to you, we’ll get those toes and ankles moving and grooving. Each class will cover a little bit of anatomy, movement, self massage and different ways to connect with your feet throughout your day. And…since your feet connect to the rest of your body - we will explore whole body movement too! In-Person in Suite #303 - Elevator Available
