Feel like your body is a bit out of sync after pregnancy and birth? Want to return to certain activities but not sure the best way to start? Want to feel more comfortable, confident & connected to your body?
Whether you had a vaginal birth or a cesarean birth, this class is for you. We take a whole body approach to core: pelvic floor, posture, breathing, mindset and more accompany the exploration of activating abdominal muscles in a healthful way. We will also take diastasis and pelvic floor awareness into consideration as we explore!
We focus not only on feeling physically more connected to a sense of core strength and support but also explore the bigger experience of feeling grounded, centered and solid through the stages of parenting and how deep strength building, postural habits, stabilizing and breathing practices, and somatic tools can help you meet the demands of parenting with little ones while feeling more comfortable and confident in yourself.
